Startup Engine Workshop: Concept Kickoff

Tuesday, April 22, 2025 @ 4:00 pm5:30 pm

Startup founders often prematurely rush to market or seek funding with entrepreneurial projects that haven’t yet solved a market problem or found a viable market fit, resulting in wasted resources, lost momentum, diluted equity, diminished motivation, and even reputational damage. The Startup Engine clarifies, summarizes, and road-tests the key concepts of an early-stage startup, ensuring a robust and viable business model and business development process that keeps the founders focused on what is most important.

This two-workshop series, facilitated by Todd Davey, will address issues by providing a clear, robust framework for building viable business models development processes, ensuring that founders focus on essential priorities for success.

The first session, Startup Engine Workshop: Concept Kickoff, will focus on the founders’ business concept and framework. This initial work will ensure a successful and clear business model.
