About the Founding Team:

Noah Hart has over seven years of experience working at mission-driven organizations in technical and strategic roles. 

Kelsey Greathouse has extensive experience working with nonprofits and has a degree in Interaction Design and Social Entrepreneurship.

 

What problem is Tech Jobs for Good solving?

We help job seekers in tech find their jobs at organizations working on meaningful problems, and we help social impact organizations attract & hire tech talent.

 

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned since starting your venture?

I've learned to be more comfortable with rejection & mistakes. Instead of feeling defeated about missteps, I try to take each action as an opportunity for learning and improvement. 

 

What do you love about being an entrepreneur?

I love being able to solve a wide range of problems each day, and I'm excited to help amazing organizations hire talented people.

 

What words of advice do you have for those interested in starting a venture?

You can test out your ideas quickly - talk with your prospective customers early & often to learn what their problems are and how you can help them
