About the Simons:

Dr. Andi Simon is an international leader in the emerging field of corporate anthropology, an Axiom Best Business Book of 2017 winning author of On the Brink: A Fresh Lens to Take Your Business To New Heights, and the founder of Simon Associates Management Consultants. Her perspective on business innovation has been featured in multiple business outlets and her podcast On the Brink with Andi Simon.

Andrew Simon is a 1963 graduate of Arts & Sciences. He has experience as an intra- and entrepreneur. In 1976, he founded Questar Assessment Inc. He built the company into the fifth largest K-12 summative assessment company int the US. After serving as the Company’s CFO and CEO, he eventually retired as the COB in 2011. He then joined Simon Associates Management Consultants.
