Learn about Intrapreneurship from Kraft Heinz’s Head of R&D Innovation & Platforms, Hennie Myburgh. Then, listen to cross-functional Kraft Heinz employees share about their piece of the process converting ideas into commercialized products. You’ll have the opportunity to ask your own questions during the 40-minute panel and Q&A.

About the Speaker:

Hennie Myburgh is the Vice President of R&D for Global Growth & Technology Platforms at Kraft Heinz. He leads the Kraft Heinz global technology strategy and pipeline and oversees the breakthrough innovation platforms, white space technology development, and strategic ingredient, packaging, and process technology platforms development. Hennie Myburgh will speak to how he leads the expansive and cross-functional process of growth at Kraft Heinz.

About the Panelists:

Lexi Fye is an Associate Scientist on the Kraft Heinz R&D team. She leads Product Development and has been an integral piece of numerous early innovation projects in frozen, breakfast, and cheese. Currently, she works under Hennie Myburgh on the second pillar of development – applying discovered innovations to the Kraft Heinz portfolio.

 

Bri Kessler is a Brand Build Analyst on the Strategic Capabilities team within the Global Growth Organization. She has worked on Joint Ventures, Creative Roots, and now leads Merchandise Outbound Licensing across the KHC portfolio in North America.

 

Adam Hasselquist is the Director of Finance for Cheese at Kraft Heinz. He is responsible for planning, reporting, innovation development & investment assessment, pricing & promotional strategies, capital planning, and long-term strategic planning for the Cheese & Dairy Commercial Division.

 

Nicole Medway is a New Product Development Buyer for Kraft Heinz Copacking Plants. Her past work experience includes R&D development of granola bars, sauces, and dressing with the Kraft Heinz Global Growth Organization, as well as strategy to accelerate Global eCommerce with 10 Kraft Heinz global businesses. Now, she works with external manufacturing to add new Kraft Heinz products to their lines.
