Asset De-Risking in an Academic Setting

Friday, January 29, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Online Event

Abstract: The objective of this seminar is to frame classic asset “de-risking” concepts like proof of concept, feasibility, gap funding in a practical manner for investigators. When de-risking an asset in an academic setting it is key to consider both 1) the sequence of activities is required to “commercialize” the technology and 2) building consensus for the application of a technology amongst potential stakeholders. An example of a real, live imaging agent in the midst of the start-up formation and de-risking process will be provided as a case study.
