Meet Our Speakers:
Tena is a Talent and People Operations professional with 360 experience in agency and corporate settings focused on high-growth, people strategy, operations, and company culture creation. Passion for young talent, early-stage startups and building strong teams. Living in Miami, FL, cat mom and Miami Heat fan.
Brandon is the Vice President of Company Partnerships at Venture For America (VFA) where he sets the national strategy and vision for VFA’s company partner efforts, working with startups and high-growth companies across the United States to mobilize the next generation of entrepreneurs. Prior to assuming the Vice President role, he served as the organization’s Director of Miami, leading the fundraising and partnership efforts in South Florida. Since 2012, VFA has helped over 1,200 Fellows launch their careers in entrepreneurship, 30% of whom have started their own companies raising over $250 million in investment capital.
