Join the McKelvey Fellowship for an intensive day of AI development with the Llama Stack Challenge at Washington University in St. Louis. This one-day hackathon brings together student developers around the midwest to create innovative applications using Llama Stack technology. You’ll learn about AI, collaborate with fellow builders, showcase your skills to a panel of industry judges, and have exclusive access to 8VC investors and Llama employees for feedback. Before joining please follow the instructions here, this is imperative for you to qualify for the Hackathon.

You’ll have a full day to bring your ideas to life—come with a project concept or plan ready to execute. Learn how to build applications with Llama Stack, and gain hands-on experience with the latest AI technologies. Then, present your work to our expert panel, with $2,000 in prizes for the most innovative implementations. This event is part of the larger 8VC Llama Stack Challenge running from 3/7-4/19. Additional potential prizes will be awarded for top submissions to the global challenge including Llama Con tickets, a Finalist Retreat, & mystery prizes.

The day begins with optional workshops to help you understand how to maximize your use of Llama Stack—from basic concepts to advanced techniques. After lunch, you’ll have nearly 6 hours of focused building time to develop your project before presenting to our judges.
