The Humanists’ Startup

Presented by The Graduate School in partnership with The Skandalaris Center

Put your PhD-level problem solving and ideation skills to good use and support a start-up!

A local nonprofit startup, EyeSeeMe, has been selected to share a business challenge that they are dealing with. Attendees will analyze EyeSeeMe’s current situation, solo or in teams, to identify possible solutions to EyeSeeMe’s challenge, and then present their ideas to a panel of judges.

Benefits of Participating:

  • Utilize your critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience what it’s like to advise a company
  • Winners get the opportunity to implement their solution in a part-time paid internship
