Innovation Interns - Fall 2025 Recruitment
Looking for a fun, energetic job that gets you connected to the change-makers, thought leaders, and visionaries of today and tomorrow? The Skandalaris Center is hiring Innovation Interns for the 2025 fall semester!
Primary duties include:
- Performing general office tasks such as providing excellent customer service by greeting and guiding visitors, answering or redirecting phone calls and emails, assisting with data entry and filing, helping maintain the Center website and calendar
- Preparing for events and programs (distributing flyers, assisting staff with logistics, setting up room layout, handling catering)
- Assisting in the maintenance of overall office and event space
Secondary duties include:
- Executing events through staffing and content coverage (introducing and interacting with guest speakers/experts, creating social media posts, guest check-in)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Ideal candidates are organized and friendly self-starters who possess strong oral/written communication skills, the ability to take initiative, are comfortable working independently or on a team, and are skilled in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms and content creation is a plus. An interest in creativity, innovation, and/or entrepreneurship is highly encouraged! Must be able to work 4-10 hours/week, between the hours of 10:00 am-6:00 pm; some evening and weekend work will be available.
