In addition to founding support from the Skandalaris Family and the Kauffman Foundation, generous individuals and community sponsors provide ongoing support for Skandalaris programs and activities. These sponsors allow the Skandalaris Center to enrich the learning experience at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as support selected programs that are open to the St. Louis community.

The Skandalaris Center, while an integral part of Washington University, is responsible for its own financial support and relies heavily upon generous donations from individuals, corporations and foundations. As a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, the Center falls under the university’s 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

The expansion of current programs and the creation of new programs require additional funding on a continual basis. Every dollar helps.
