Summer with Skandy: Defining Values for Entrepreneurial Success

Wednesday, June 11, 2025 @ 3:00 pm4:30 pm

Join us for a session led by Andrew Knight, the Executive Director of the George and Carol Bauer Leaders Academy at WashU, that will focus on the importance of defining leadership values and purpose for entrepreneurs. Andrew will dive into why it’s crucial for entrepreneurs to define these objectives as well as real leadership. Learn how entrepreneurs can cultivate a strong sense of purpose and align their personal values with their business ventures, creating leadership that is both impactful and sustainable.

The Bauer Leaders Academy serves as a core structure for developing and delivering programs in service of the strategic initiative, WashU Leads, to differentiate WashU as the premier institution for developing leaders of character and capability. The four-year leadership development program for undergrads integrates experiential learning, distinctive coursework, and direct coaching.

We hope to see you there! RSVP here.
