Kick off the academic year by tackling real-world challenges alongside fellow students from across WashU. The Skandalaris Innovation Hackathon is an opportunity for incoming and returning students to experience entrepreneurship in action through a fast-paced weekend – long event of collaboration, creativity and problem-solving. There will be plenty of food and cash prizes for the winners.

Participants will work in interdisciplinary teams to address challenges presented by startups, founders and community partners. No prior startup experience is required—just curiosity, creativity and a willingness to work with others. Whether your interests are in business, engineering, design, healthcare, social impact or technology, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your unique perspective and develop solutions that create real value.

Along the way, you’ll meet fellow innovators, learn about Skandalaris programs and resources, and gain firsthand experience with the entrepreneurial mindset that drives innovation across campus and beyond.
