Financial Workshop

Are you building a startup but unsure where to start with the numbers? This Financials 101 workshop will introduce entrepreneurs to the fundamentals of startup finance in a practical, easy-to-understand way. Learn how to read key financial statements, understand revenue and expenses, calculate burn rate and runway, and get familiar with essential financial concepts every founder should know. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to strengthen your financial foundation, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to make smarter financial decisions for your startup.
Dylan Goodbary and Jeremy Farris of Regions Bank will lead this workshop, bringing extensive experience in banking, accounting, and financial guidance. Dylan, a banker with the Delmar branch in University City, draws on his accounting background and years of banking experience to help clients navigate financial decisions and connect with valuable resources. He is passionate about supporting both his clients and the local community.
Jeremy serves as a Branch Manager for Regions Bank, where he leads a team focused on providing exceptional financial guidance and customer service. Through his community involvement, Jeremy enjoys connecting people with resources, building partnerships, and supporting initiatives that create opportunities for growth.
Together, Dylan and Jeremy will provide practical insights into the financial fundamentals every entrepreneur should understand when building and growing a startup.
