Simon Initiative: HER Reunion Recap

The most recent installment of the Simon Initiative, the HER Reunion, created a space for female and minority alumni entrepreneurs to connect and learn from one another.

  The Simon Initiative, created by Andrew (LA63) and Andi Simon, is a multi-stage, collaborative initiative sponsored by Washington University’s Skandalaris Center for Interdisciplinary Innovation & Entrepreneurship to expand diversity and interdisciplinary approaches to entrepreneurship. Last weekend, the Skandalaris Center hosted some of the WashU community’s distinguished female entrepreneurs, giving them a chance to connect and network while learning more about the female entrepreneurial experience.  

“Being around other female entrepreneurs is always a great time, and networking events geared towards women allow for a positive environment that can really help grow connections.”
