Jeff Cooper

Jeff serves as the Center’s chief operating leader. He oversees day-to-day operations, drives strategic execution, and ensures alignment across programs and initiatives to strengthen support for student, faculty, and alumni ventures.

Jeff brings more than 30 years of experience in financial and operational leadership, most recently as Director of Auxiliary Enterprises at WashU, where he managed a $120M+ portfolio and led large, complex operations. At Skandalaris, he focuses on operational excellence, scalable systems, and translating strategy into action to expand the Center’s impact. A longtime member of the WashU community, he also served for many years on the Skandalaris Center’s Student Enterprise Program (StEP) Advisory Board.
