Startup Engine Workshop: Practical Progress

Wednesday, April 23, 2025 @ 4:00 pm5:30 pm

Startup founders often prematurely rush to market or seek funding with entrepreneurial projects that haven’t yet solved a market problem or found a viable market fit, resulting in wasted resources, lost momentum, diluted equity, diminished motivation, and even reputational damage. The Startup Engine clarifies, summarizes, and road-tests the key concepts of an early-stage startup, ensuring a robust and viable business model and business development process that keeps the founders focused on what is most important.

This second session, Startup Engine Workshop: Practical Progress, will build off of the essential priorities and framework the founders established in the first session. It will include a practical hands-on session and mentoring facilitated by Todd Davey.

For additional information or questions, please email Todd Davey – davey@uiin.org
