Pierre Paul is the founder and CEO of the Arch Grants-funded startup,  We Hear You®. He combines compassion with a unique worldview in his work. Aside from his role at We Hear You®, Pierre is a sought-after keynote speaker and an active volunteer. He mentors students, distributes food at a local pantry, teaches public speaking to community members, and creates educational history videos for his local PBS station. His experiences have fostered a compassionate, giving spirit, and his unique ability to motivate and articulate the cause drives his continuous efforts toward a better future. Helping others thrive is a core aspect of his character.
