ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF VENTURE DEVELOPMENT
Cyril joined the Skandalaris Center as the Assistant Director of Venture Development in September 2020. He graduated with a degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of Missouri in St. Louis in 2010 and MA in Legal Studies from Webster University in 2014. Cyril is an entrepreneur that has worked on developing communities locally in the city of St. Louis through a holistic approach since 2011.
