Cyril joined the Skandalaris Center in 2020 and became Venture Development Manager in 2024. He graduated with a degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of Missouri in St. Louis in 2010 and MA in Legal Studies from Webster University in 2014. Cyril is an entrepreneur who has worked on developing communities locally in the city of St. Louis through a holistic approach since 2011.
