The Skandalaris Internship Program is an opportunity for WashU students to intern at St. Louis-based startups. The program serves as an immersive experience in the St. Louis startup community. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s 10-week paid program is remote, with students and ventures connecting virtually. In addition to their work with the ventures, students will participate in online programming designed to help them connect with one another, connect with the ventures, and explore the St. Louis entrepreneurial community.

“While this year’s program is different, we expect it to be just as impactful as past years. Summer internships are invaluable for students looking to put what they learn in the classroom into practice. Working with these early-stage startups allows them to develop work that will have an immediate impact on the ventures. Now more than ever, we are glad we can provide an affordable internship option for ventures that are shaping the St. Louis economic and startup community.” – Jessica Weldon, Assistant Director of Programs, Skandalaris Center
