About the Speakers

Jennifer Bardot is a Business Banker for Enterprise Bank and Trust. She has over 20 years of experience working in small businesses in the St Louis Community in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Recruiting. Jennifer Earned BA in Business Administration at Fontbonne University, and two Masters Degrees from Missouri State University in Secondary Education Counseling & Private Practice Therapy. She also has certifications in Real Estate, and Leadership. Jennifer was named top business banker 6 months into her banking career at Enterprise Bank & Trust by small business monthly. She is involved in the St Louis community by volunteering on the Recruitment & Service Supplier Committee for the Association of General Contractors of Missouri, Corporate Partner for St Louis Art Museum, Innovation Mentor for Saint Louis University, Committee Member for the Missouri Athletic Club Charitable Society for Children, Committee Member for Diversity & Womens group for the Association of Corporate Growth,  Advisory Board Member for Aligned investing in the workforce of tomorrow. She has three boys and is a full time mother to her young family.

Justine Froelker is a Licensed Professional Counselor. For over seven years Justine has been certified in the work of Dr. Brené Brown. She has over 20 years of experience in traditional mental health and personal growth. Justine is the author of three best-selling books and was also honored to do TEDx Talks at TEDxUMDearborn and TEDxLaSierraUniversity. Currently, she travels nationally delivering keynotes, workshops, and trainings on topics such as leadership, courage, resilience, and much more. Justine lives in St. Louis with her husband Chad, their three dogs and for four months of the year hundreds of monarch butterflies.
