Meet the USPTO Experts and Learn About New Inventor Programs
Thursday, February 11, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Online
The USPTO would like to introduce to you their new program, the National Council on Expanding American Innovation (NCEAI), an initiative that aims to reduce income inequality and increase the inclusion of more minorities, women, veterans, and other underrepresented groups.
Join Cheri Renee as she speaks with Valencia Martin Wallace, USPTO’s Deputy Commissioner for International Patent Cooperation about the program and others offered by the USPTO aimed to increase opportunities for inventors who have faced certain challenges during the innovation process. During the session, inventors will also be able to ask USPTO top officials questions and provide your feedback and valuable input that will aid in addressing many innovators’ immediate needs.
This event is part of the series: “It’s an Innovation Celebration!” by Invent-ED Network Connection and the Skandalaris Center, celebrating National Inventors Day and Black History Month.
