Join us for the 5th Annual University Pitch Madness Chicago competition, where top student startups from DePaul University, University of Chicago, Michigan State University, Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Illinois System, University of Iowa, Marquette University, Washington University-St. Louis, Northwestern University, and Purdue University will showcase their businesses.

The Skandalaris Center is excited to announce these four WashU teams will be competing in University Pitch Madness on July 20, 2022.

ClosetSwitch: an online clothing trading platform made for college and high school students. Chiara Munzi (LA ’23)

Sobriety Hub: an intuitive sober living web app that will enable owners to monitor their residents to see how their performance compares to industry benchmarks. Clayton Canfield (BU ’23)

UpSkilr: helping build a more efficient and equitable labor market by closing the skills gap for good. Our web-based application will connect job-seekers and employers through upskilling programs in local labor markets. Sydney Nagorsky (EN ’23)

XChanger: a financial social media app where users can connect with other investors and follow their investment ventures while posting about their own. Raj Thaker (EN ’24)

Attendees will vote for their favorite startup from each University and the winners will pitch their business in the finals for a chance to win upwards of $5,000 in prize money.
