Darcella has 25 years of experience in corporate, government, non profit and military organizations. She is currently the President and Chief Fear Conqueror of Vetbiz, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting Honorably Discharged Veterans, National Guard and Reservist, transitioning military and their families with starting and expanding businesses.  The organization was awarded the 2015 Veterans Business Outreach Center of the Year by the U. S. Small Business Administration and she was proud to travel to the White House to accept the award with her co-worker.  They are 2017 What’s Right With the Region award winners. Ms. Craven testified before the U. S. Senate’s Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship in 2019.
