What problem are you solving?

Lack of high-quality consumer market research strategies, overflow of cheap, low-quality market research tools such as mass online surveys. “Half of the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don’t know which half” (Jon Wanamaker).

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned since starting your venture?

There are no million-dollar ideas—or at least don’t count on coming across one. Most successful business ideas aren’t born in an instant; they are carved out of mundane looking ideas bit by bit, and the legwork of getting there isn’t glorious. Understanding this, my team is always patient and reflective in the face of setbacks.

What do you love about being an entrepreneur?

Being able to pursue anything you want to pursue, on your own terms.

What words of advice do you have for those interested in starting a business?

A lot of it really is just luck, so enjoy the process!
