Cultivate Community around the Black and Latinx experience in STEM & Entrepreneurship in St. Louis! BRAND of St. Louis (founded by Skandalaris Experts on Call: Chavelle and Phillip Sangokoya) is hosting a focus group session to better understand Black and Latinx students’ interests and involvement in STEM and entrepreneurial activities.

This focus group aims to have a meaningful discussion exploring what attracts Black and Latinx students to STEM and entrepreneurial career paths and the barriers that limit their participation. Students who participate in the focus group and complete a short survey will receive a $10 gift card for their time and input.

BRAND of St. Louis is a St. Louis based consulting firm that specializes in community engagement, racial equity and entrepreneur support strategies. Their initiatives serve a network of over 1,700 change-makers, entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations in the St. Louis metropolitan region. Since their founding in 2014, they have hosted dozens of workshops, focus groups, and community events focused on building brands and building networks to make an impact on existing economic disparities.
